To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and must instead be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy below.
Certain products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, including undergarments, swimwear, fragrances, earrings, and any other items clearly marked as non-returnable.
If you wish to return an unwanted item, you must contact us by email within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with the return address and further instructions.

All refunds for unwanted returned items are subject to a 20% refurbishment and restocking fee.
As our abayas are carefully prepared and presented to customers, all returned garments require inspection, quality control checks, professional re-steaming, re-folding, repackaging and handling before they can be offered for sale as new.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for all return postage costs for unwanted items.
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, less any applicable restocking fee. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you require a different size or colour, you must return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order through our website.
Any refund issued for the returned item will be subject to the standard returns conditions and applicable restocking fee.
We take great care to ensure all orders meet our quality standards before dispatch.
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue and photographs showing the fault or error.
Goods are considered faulty if they are received damaged or develop a manufacturing fault within 14 days of purchase. All claims are subject to inspection and verification.
Where appropriate, we may offer a repair, replacement or refund. If a replacement is unavailable and the item cannot be repaired, a full refund will be issued.
Items returned as faulty that are found not to have a manufacturing defect may be returned to the customer.
Customers remain responsible for returned goods until they have been safely received by us. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured postal service and retaining proof of postage.
We cannot accept responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit.
For international returns, parcels should be clearly marked as “Returned Goods” or “Return to Sender” where applicable to avoid unnecessary customs charges.
Where an item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrectly supplied, reasonable return postage costs may be reimbursed.
When trying on garments, please ensure that tags and labels remain attached.
Please avoid wearing makeup, perfume, aftershave, deodorant or any products that may leave marks, odours or damage to the garment.
Where applicable, all original packaging, dust bags, authenticity cards and accessories must be returned with the item.
Items returned in an unsuitable condition may be rejected and returned to the customer. Any costs incurred for returning rejected items will be the responsibility of the customer.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
